Satisfaction & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every clean. This policy explains our satisfaction guarantee and how refunds work for services provided by Cleaning by Gina, LLC in Eustis and Lake County, Florida.

Our satisfaction guarantee

If something wasn't cleaned to the standard we quoted, let us know within 24 hours of the visit and we'll return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. Our first goal is always to make it right.

Refunds

• If we cannot resolve an issue with a re-clean, we will refund a fair portion of the fee for the affected work.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
• Prepaid recurring plans can be cancelled at any time; any unused, prepaid visits are refunded.

Cancellations & rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel a scheduled cleaning with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a small trip fee, which we'll always tell you about in advance.
